Situated in Bandra and attached to the House is a well-equipped and modern     printing plant, and a Book Centre catering to the needs of the people. It also runs the Examiner Bookshop which is in the heart of the city. 

Attached to the House is the Alberione Lending Library. The Provincial House of the Society, the Central Editorial and Distribution offices of the Bible Apostolate,St Paul Publications, Better Yourself Books, St Paul Audio Visuals and St Pauls     India, the sector that is responsible for export and import of books, are all situated here. The Congregation also publishes The Teenager, Inspirational Quote, Sunday Liturgy and Petrus from here.
